Maxx Fibernet is a franchise of World Phone Internet Services Pvt. Ltd., operating in Ambedkar Nagar. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our broadband services and this website.

2. Services

We provide fixed-line fiber broadband internet plans as displayed on this website. Speeds mentioned are "up to" values and may vary based on local network conditions, equipment, and infrastructure limitations.

3. Billing & Payments

• All plan prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
• We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by Cashfree's secure payment gateway.
• Bills must be paid on or before the due date to avoid service suspension.

4. Installation & Equipment

Installation is carried out by our technicians at the service address provided. Equipment supplied (ONT/router) remains the property of Maxx Fibernet unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service.

5. Fair Usage

Connections are for the personal or business use of the registered subscriber. Reselling bandwidth or using the connection for unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms, after reasonable notice wherever practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for high uptime, Maxx Fibernet is not liable for losses arising from temporary outages, third-party network issues, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. 1. Cancelling Your Connection

You may request cancellation of your Maxx Fibernet connection at any time by contacting us at sj135637@gmail.com or calling 9935136926. We recommend giving us prior notice so we can schedule equipment retrieval and close your account cleanly.

2. Refunds for Online Payments

• If you are charged in error, or a payment fails after money has been debited, refunds are initiated to the original payment method used at checkout via Cashfree Payments.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the amount may take a few additional days to reflect depending on your bank or card network.
• Refunds for prepaid plans that are cancelled mid-cycle are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused period, unless otherwise agreed at the time of subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

One-time installation charges, equipment charges (if any), and any month already consumed under a billing cycle are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate payment or a technical failure during an online transaction, please share your payment reference ID with us so we can verify the transaction with Cashfree Payments and process a refund or adjust your account balance accordingly.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades or downgrades between plans can be requested at any time and will typically take effect from the next billing cycle; any applicable difference will be adjusted in your next invoice.
